1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the AppTestPro platform, registering an account, or purchasing any mobile application testing package, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not submit orders or use our services.

2. Customer Ownership & Representation

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the application submitted for testing, or have express legal authorization from the intellectual property owner to submit the build for commercial quality assurance.
• The submitted application does not contain malicious code, spyware, unauthorized ransomware, or illegal material.
• Any test account credentials provided belong to staging/sandbox environments and do not contain live user financial data.

3. Nature of Testing Services & Disclaimers

AppTestPro executes rigorous, methodical software testing across real physical devices. However:

• No Guarantee of 100% Bug-Free Software: While we strive to uncover maximum edge cases, complex software can exhibit unexpected behaviors under untested network or hardware states.
• No App Store Approval Guarantee: We do not guarantee approval by Apple App Store or Google Play reviewers, as review teams assess subjective editorial guidelines outside technical testing.

4. Payment Terms & Order Fulfillment

Testing begins upon successful payment confirmation. Turnaround delivery estimates (3 to 7 business days) run from the moment valid, installable builds and operating instructions are verified.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
