Knowledge & FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Detailed, transparent answers to common questions about our physical device testing workflows, reporting formats, and service terms.

General & Workflow

What do I need to provide to start testing?▼

You need to provide your app build link (Google Play Internal Track, Direct APK/AAB link, or Apple TestFlight invitation) and test account credentials if your app requires authentication. You can also specify any specific flows or target devices you want prioritized.

How long does a test run take?▼

Starter Testing takes up to 3 business days, Professional Testing takes up to 5 business days, and Advanced Testing takes up to 7 business days. Delivery windows start immediately upon verified payment and build validation.

Can I track my test request status?▼

Yes. Once an order is created, you receive a unique Order Reference (e.g. ORD-2026-8802). You can monitor progress on your customer dashboard or via our public Track Order tool.

Device Matrix & Hardware

Do you use emulators or real physical devices?▼

We test exclusively on genuine physical hardware. Emulators fail to catch real-world issues such as OEM-specific background app killing (e.g., Xiaomi MIUI/HyperOS, Samsung OneUI), biometric sensor interrupts, hardware Bluetooth disconnects, and touch lag.

Can I choose which devices my app is tested on?▼

Yes! In your app submission form, you can list preferred device models, screen resolutions, and OS versions. Our lab team will align the execution matrix with your preferences.

Do you test on tablets and foldables?▼

Yes. Our Advanced and Enterprise packages include testing on foldable devices (Galaxy Z Fold/Flip) and tablets (iPad Pro, Galaxy Tab).

Bugs, Revisions & Reports

What format does the test report come in?▼

You receive an interactive web report on your dashboard as well as a clean, printable PDF deliverable. The report contains an executive summary, pass/fail metrics, device breakdown, reproducible bug steps, video captures, and system logcat extracts.

What is your bug revision policy?▼

Our Professional package includes 2 free revision cycles, and Advanced includes 3 cycles. Once your developers commit fixes for the reported defects, provide your updated build and our team will re-test the exact affected test cases for free.

Do you guarantee my app will get approved by Google Play or the Apple App Store?▼

No reputable testing firm can guarantee app store approval because Apple and Google reviewers evaluate business and editorial policies outside of technical testing. However, our pre-launch checklists catch the top technical reasons for store rejection (crashes, broken navigation, IPv6 issues).

Security, IP & Payments

Is my proprietary app build and data safe?▼

Yes. All QA engineers work under strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). We never request your source code repositories, and test builds/credentials are securely purged 14 days following final report approval.

What payment methods do you accept?▼

We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay, including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), and NetBanking. Automated GST-compliant tax invoices are generated instantly upon payment.

What is your refund policy?▼

If our lab team is unable to initiate testing on your app within 48 hours due to lab capacity constraints, a 100% full refund is issued immediately.
