Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy establishes the security and legal boundaries for using AppTestPro's testing platform and submitting mobile applications for hardware QA execution.

2. Prohibited Applications & Activities

You may NOT submit applications that:

• Contain malware, keyloggers, unauthorized surveillance trojans, or cryptomining scripts.
• Attempt to root, jailbreak, compromise, or bypass lab physical device security configurations.
• Violate applicable copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Infringe on privacy by distributing stolen private customer credentials or unconsented tracking.

3. Credentials Security Guidance

Never submit production banking passwords, seed phrases, or personal developer credentials. Always provision isolated staging or dummy test accounts for QA evaluations.

4. Enforcement & Termination

Submissions found violating this policy will be terminated immediately without refund and reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities when applicable.
