When you register an account, purchase a testing package, or submit a mobile application for evaluation, AppTestPro collects:

• Account Information: Name, business email, phone number, and company name.
• App Submission Data: App name, test build URLs (APKs, IPAs, TestFlight links), staging test credentials, and testing objectives.
• Billing Records: Transaction references, payment statuses, and tax invoicing information (card numbers and CVVs are processed directly by our payment processor, Razorpay, and are never stored on our servers).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly utilized to:

• Execute manual and automated testing on real physical hardware devices as requested.
• Generate and deliver confidential testing reports, logs, and defect recordings.
• Communicate order status updates, revisions, and support ticket answers.
• Prevent fraudulent submissions and verify legitimate ownership.

3. Confidentiality and Build Retention

We treat all submitted applications, builds, and test credentials as strictly confidential proprietary intellectual property. All testing staff operate under signed Non-Disclosure Agreements. Test builds and temporary test account credentials are automatically deleted from our testing workstations and private storage 14 days following final report approval.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or mobile software binaries to any third parties or advertising networks.
